Order Policy

We require a minimum order of $600.00.  While we recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance, we will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.  Please note that a rush order fee may apply.

For orders scheduled more than 30 days in advance, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the requested service or delivery date.  Premium services are subject to a 20% gratuity and/or a setup fee.  Pricing and terms may vary for corporate orders and events with 50 Guests or more.

Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year) orders must be paid in full at time of placing your order.

*The retainer fee is non-refundable and will only be applied to the final balance if the customer or client fully fulfills their order obligation. *

Delivery Fees:  0-5 miles $15, 6-10 miles $25, 11-15 miles $35, 16-20 miles $45, 21-25 miles $55, 26- 30 miles $65.  Please call for delivery fee for 31 miles or more.

Serving Sizes:  Half Pan serves 10-15 persons, and Full Pan serves 20-25 persons.  If you choose not to adhere to the suggested servings, we are not liable for any shortage of food you might experience.
